
In my role as an Event Operations Assistant, I was responsible for managing various aspects of event logistics, ensuring each event ran seamlessly from start to finish. I operated the scoreboard and managed game and shot clocks, contributing to the smooth flow of live sporting events. Additionally, I provided on-the-ground support, including ticket sales and assisting with attendee needs, which enhanced the overall fan experience and played a key role in the success of each event.
As part of my marketing efforts, I designed over 100 athletic event advertisements using Adobe Illustrator, creating visually engaging graphics that were shared across social media platforms and on video boards all over campus on a weekly basis. These designs also featured prominently in printed materials displayed around campus, amplifying event visibility and community engagement.
To further boost attendance and team support, I spearheaded promotional campaigns that included special events like tailgates, youth nights, and teacher appreciation games. These initiatives helped to drive excitement, strengthen school spirit, and increase crowd turnout, making each event a memorable experience for attendees.
