Promotional Strategy: Developed and implemented innovative promotional strategies to enhance the visibility of both the Utah Archers and the Premier Lacrosse League. These efforts included collaborating with local lacrosse clubs, schools, and recreational organizations to create lasting connections with fans.
Team Leadership & Development: Led the Shield Team in on-field performance, ensuring players were consistently prepared and aligned with team goals. Fostered a collaborative environment focused on skill development and team cohesion.
Event Activation & Promotion: Managed an intern team to represent the Utah Archers at various lacrosse events, designing and executing activations that significantly boosted the team’s visibility. These activations engaged youth, high school, and adult lacrosse communities, effectively raising awareness for the PLL across Utah.
Community Outreach & Growth: Drove the growth of the PLL in Utah through strategic outreach, event management, and local partnerships. My efforts contributed to reaching over 3,000 data captures, expanding the fanbase and deepening community engagement with the league.
Partnership Development: Cultivated strong relationships with local lacrosse organizations, enhancing the Archers’ ties to the community and expanding the league’s reach. These partnerships created opportunities for grassroots promotion and increased local fan involvement.
